Designed and owned the workflow; the Head of Digital Product approved it as the team's process.

Approach

1. Agents explore the idea, question 6 stakeholder roles and flag gaps.
2. People sign off at the critical gates to assure quality.
3. Every document, decision and log stays on record from idea to handoff, so each stage starts from clean, current context.

Outcome

80% of specs are accepted with only minor changes on first submission.
